What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered data products and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify trends and solve business problems.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines using modern cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure AI outputs are measurable, reproducible, and monitored for performance drift.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership in defining strategies to improve academic success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python-based ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Ability to pass a required background check.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Doctorate degree.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Advanced knowledge of NLP, recommender systems, or deep learning techniques.
