What you will do

• Own manufacturing engineering outcomes for semiconductor capital equipment to improve build quality and process stability.
• Resolve complex assembly and integration issues by translating root cause findings into corrective actions.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, and test procedures for electromechanical systems.
• Evaluate engineering changes for manufacturability, fit, form, and function before implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to remove production barriers.
• Standardize proven improvements across products to reduce repeat issues and strengthen factory performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical or electromechanical systems in assembly, integration, or test.
• Experience implementing engineering changes and structured root cause analysis in a released-product environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
• Knowledge of vacuum, fluid delivery, motion control, or precision assembly subsystems.
