Salary: $102,400–$153,600 USD base salary, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do
- Design manufacturing processes, production layouts, material-handling systems, and equipment installations with a focus on automation.
- Improve warehousing, labor, and product-flow efficiency across multiple manufacturing areas.
- Develop assembly, packaging, machining, inspection, and testing processes, including vision-based automation.
- Use lean, Six Sigma, statistical process control, and root-cause analysis to resolve process and equipment issues.
- Implement corrective actions, long-term process controls, equipment qualifications, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with site leadership and engineering teams to ensure efficient, compliant manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with no experience requirement.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; H-1B, TN, J, and other sponsorship is unavailable below the Principal level.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process design, facility layout, equipment efficiency, material handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical process control, and project management methods.
- Ability to work onsite in Memphis five days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with assembly, packaging, robotics, or warehouse automation.
- Experience with SAP engineering and warehousing modules or related manufacturing systems.
- Medical device packaging, process validation, equipment qualification, or product transfer experience.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification and experience with DOE using Minitab or JMP.
- Experience with 3D modeling software, labeling platforms, or manufacturing engineering systems.
