What you will do

• Drive manufacturing process improvements through automation, workstation design, and lean principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and remove constraints to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement and sustain lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, and Kaizen events.
• Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and ergonomic solutions for enhanced throughput.
• Lead quality initiatives including PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, and process validation.
• Develop and maintain production documentation including BOMs, routings, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, assembly, or production operations in an engineering role.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP, and audit activities.
• Experience with production documentation, ERP systems, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts.
