What you will do

• Support revenue retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities across assigned partnerships.
• Develop and manage partner launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and post-launch recaps.
• Track partnership terms and performance metrics within internal reporting and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful execution of deals.
• Execute co-marketing plans with external partners to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Co-lead onboarding for new partners, guiding them through API capabilities and integration requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, Program Management, or Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), Atlassian, and Asana.
• Must be based in Universal City, California, for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).
• Strong writing and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong interest in the business side of the entertainment industry.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily workflows for efficiency.
• Experience with API-based integrations and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Studio or Affiliate partnerships.
