Salary: Base $90,000 - $100,000; OTE $150,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers to expand adoption of AR automation and payments solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Engage finance, accounting, and IT executives to position hirify.global as a critical partner for efficiency.
• Lead the commercial motion including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and negotiation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities during the expansion cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of managing existing accounts and closing mid-market deals ($50K+ ASP).
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a "Challenger" sales approach.
• Must be based in Canada.
