Salary: $84,000 – $108,500

What you will do

• Manage implementations for small and mid-market health plan groups as the primary operational contact during onboarding.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating execution across internal and external teams.
• Coordinate technical and operational launch requirements, including eligibility validation, marketing readiness, and client configuration.
• Identify and escalate risks early, troubleshoot issues, and ensure launches stay on track.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders to establish trust.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining implementation processes and partner playbooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting digital health companies, health plans, or PBM partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technical aptitude in areas like data exchange, eligibility workflows, or healthcare integration.
• Must be based in the US, excluding the states of AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, and WI
