What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Administer project management tooling to ensure accurate status reporting and documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders to build trust and manage expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including data, product, and customer success.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and scope changes to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Germany.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing implementation or delivery projects in a B2B environment.
• Strong project management fundamentals including planning, scoping, and risk management.
• Ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Nice to have

• Recognized project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with the HR, talent, or workforce planning domain.
• Experience implementing data-heavy or analytics SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
