Salary: $191,000 – $297,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall investor relations strategy and communicate the company's equity story.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, press releases, and investor presentations.
• Track analyst models, monitor peer performance, and provide actionable market intelligence to leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and executive teams to align financial messaging and disclosure.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research.
• Must be based in the United States and have current work authorization.
• Experience in a public company or late-stage/high-growth pre-IPO environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
