Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid options available in San Mateo, CA and Phoenix, AZ; other US locations are remote.

Salary: $340,000 - $370,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Design and manage the funding stack across Forward Flow Agreements, Warehouse Lines, and Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) programs.
• Partner with technology teams to build an AI-enabled Capital Allocation Engine for algorithmic best execution of origination volume.
• Oversee the construction of an institutional-grade loan data warehouse and a self-service investor reporting portal.
• Lead the capital strategy and structural design for new lending products across mortgage, auto, and credit card categories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align funding capacity with product launches and credit expansions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of senior experience in consumer structured finance, investment banking, or fintech capital markets.
• 3-5+ years of experience specifically leading the Capital Markets function.
• Proven track record of managing programmatic ABS platforms and negotiating committed warehouse facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Must be based in the United States.
