What you will do

• Assess and prioritize franchise territories for acquisition based on growth potential and operational attractiveness.
• Develop valuations, bidding strategies, negotiation terms, and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
• Lead end-to-end franchise acquisition processes from indication of interest to transaction close.
• Manage thorough cross-functional due diligence involving Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
• Develop and enhance the transaction playbook to improve speed of execution and ROI.
• Track and analyze KPIs across acquired territories to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, small business M&A, or private equity.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable impact.
• Demonstrated ability to build deal models and assess complex valuations.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience in franchise M&A.
• Familiarity with advanced AI-based tools (e.g., Claude Cowork).
