What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project management for payer implementations, including timelines and work-streams.
• Prepare polished payer-facing materials such as project plans, decks, and decision logs.
• Manage deliverables and coordinate next steps directly with payer partners on implementation calls.
• Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Develop and document a repeatable payer implementation playbook.
• Support post-launch account management, monitoring data feeds and reporting needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing implementation roles within healthcare, ideally working with health plans.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work Eastern or Central time zone hours.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where structure is still being built.
