Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to launch.
• Manage relationships and serve as the primary contact for the largest and most complex accounts.
• Standardize internal processes, reporting, and documentation to support 5-10x scaling over the next year.
• Drive key operational metrics, including process throughput and defect rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Act as an escalation point for junior team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data-driven decision making.
• Extensive expertise in project management, with a record of deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead client meetings and manage difficult conversations with confidence and trust.
• Experience working cross-functionally to align client use cases with company best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.
• Proficiency in Retool and Google Suite.
