What you will do

• Partner with USA regional leadership to embed people priorities into business planning and organizational design.
• Translate growth plans into practical workforce and hiring plans for Product and Infrastructure.
• Lead organizational design and team-shape decisions for the region.
• Coach leaders on performance, talent reviews, succession, and employee relations.
• Identify and mitigate organizational risks using people data and business insights.
• Coordinate with HR centers of expertise on compensation, compliance, and employee experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology or infrastructure organizations.
• Proven experience in organizational design and workforce planning.
• Strong leadership coaching skills across performance and succession management.
• Deep understanding of U.S. employment practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the USA.
