What you will do

• Define and maintain data architecture guidelines for ingestion, transformation, storage, consumption, and governance patterns.
• Lead design reviews and provide independent judgment on architecture decisions across the client's data ecosystem.
• Manage technical debt and uphold standards for data testing, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the technical liaison to translate business needs into functional specs for engineering teams and executive-level updates.
• Identify opportunities for service growth and shape them into technical-commercial proposals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a PM or Functional Analyst on data/technology projects, preferably in banking or financial sectors.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Working knowledge of dbt and modern data architecture concepts.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for communicating with both engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Exposure to modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow, or Fivetran.
• PM certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) or Business/Functional Analysis certifications (CBAP, IIBA).
