What you will do

• Advise priority customers on P&L reviews, scenario modeling, and capital decisions as a fractional CFO.
• Develop and ship analytical infrastructure, including AI agents, models, and calculators, to automate repeatable financial tasks.
• Own the strategic finance relationship for a portfolio of Full Service customers.
• Analyze operational data to provide forward-looking financial views for SMB owners.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to integrate manual financial processes into the software.

Requirements

• Background in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, accounting, or banking.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in building financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Experience building your own AI agents or automation tools to improve process efficiency.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to operators without a financial background.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
