What you will do

• Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Hubspot, AppScripts, and external APIs.
• Build and manage BI dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets for reporting.
• Structure and sync data across internal processes using Supabase and low-code tools like Airtable and Notion.
• Support cross-functional teams (admissions, career, billing) with data and automation needs.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of all internal operational workflows.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in Zapier, Hubspot, Google Sheets, and AppScripts.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker Studio.
• Solid understanding of databases and basic SQL (e.g., Supabase).
• Highly effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Ownership mentality and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, n8n, or Lovable.
• Background in finance, billing, or HR processes.
• Experience working within edtech, bootcamps, or online learning platforms.
