Location: Hybrid in Montevideo or Buenos Aires

What you will do
- Triage, own, and resolve operational incidents end-to-end, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day operations with processors, acquirers, card networks, and APM providers to remove technical blockers.
- Provide hands-on merchant support and go-live readiness, including hypercare during launches.
- Act as the key point of contact for CS and AM teams for operational enablement and troubleshooting.
- Perform root-cause analysis and document incidents and resolutions in Jira.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in payments/fintech operations, incident management, or merchant operations.
- Deep familiarity with the payment ecosystem (processors, acquirers, APMs, card schemes, SLAs, and settlements).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Must be based in or be able to work in Montevideo or Buenos Aires.
