What you will do

• Drive and nurture strategic relationships with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners to expand collaboration and growth.
• Execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and develop operational rigor for partner competency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives, including events and content creation, to increase brand visibility.
• Assist partners with deal registration, proposals, and alignment with internal sales leadership.
• Implement AI-first automated workflows on Snowflake CoWork, Salesforce, and Slack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, or business development within the technology sector.
• 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with revenue target accountability.
• Proven track record and existing relationships with Global System Integrators.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel between 25-50% of the time.
