What you will do

• Lead integration of electronics, software, and hardware subsystems to ensure system performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Drive system architecture, requirements definition, and verification strategies for advanced e-beam systems and test platforms.
• Perform complex root cause investigations and system-level troubleshooting across hardware and software boundaries.
• Develop and execute system characterization, validation, and qualification plans for new products.
• Partner with electrical, software, optics, and mechanical engineering teams to resolve technical tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: PhD + 3 years, Master's + 6 years, or Bachelor's + 8 years of related work experience.
• Strong foundation in electronics, hardware/software integration, and system-level engineering.
• Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional technical efforts and execute complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements management and system verification.

Nice to have

• Experience with software for hardware control, diagnostics, or automation (Python, C/C++, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems, mixed-signal electronics, or FPGA-based designs.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, or e-beam technologies.
