What you will do

• Act as the technical owner for the development of Cymer DUV laser discharge chambers.
• Design, validate, and review new features to enhance chamber performance and reliability.
• Drive the integration of innovative core technology elements and system concepts.
• Conduct concept validation through prototype builds, system-level testing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Managers and System Engineers.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, specification documents, and design validation reports.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physics, Plasma Physics, Material Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (PhD strongly preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry or research institute experience.
• Specialization in plasma-materials interaction and gas-state laser physics.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for data analysis.
• Practical experience with CAD design for mechanical parts (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with excimer lasers or other gas-state discharge lasers.
• Experience with Semiconductor Capital Equipment.
