What you will do

• Oversee CAD flow development and ESD design methodology to ensure efficient and compliant design processes.
• Manage staff and projects, implementing internal and external tools for design automation and IP releases.
• Lead and mentor CAD team members on core application skills and advanced design techniques.
• Establish ESD design guidelines and conduct design-level simulations to predict and prevent failures.
• Review electronic designs for ESD compliance and recommend modifications to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and technical deliverables.

Requirements

• MS in Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of overall ESD & CAD experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD platforms such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Primetime, Ansys Seascape/Redhawk/Totem PathFinder, Verilog, and Calibre.
• Proficiency in Python and Perl scripting.
• Deep understanding of ESD physics, electronics design, and safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDA specific languages like Skill and TCL.
