What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair hirify.global lottery equipment and communication devices at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning hardware and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to manage service calls and report activity accurately.
• Manage and deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts to retailers.
• Provide basic technical training and guidance to new and existing retailers.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights or in inclement weather.
• Must be able to pass security clearance, background checks, and drug testing.
