What you will do

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.
• Configure and validate third-party hardware including printers, scanners, and card readers.
• Deliver classroom training on management system modules and partner products.
• Collaborate with customer representatives to plan system access and configurations.
• Monitor service activities and escalate software issues to internal teams.
• Ensure accurate operation of all equipment, system capabilities, and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) and work variable shifts.
• Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in gaming jurisdictions.
