What you will do

• Transport, install, and maintain lottery equipment and replacement parts at various retailer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment in the field to restore operations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding activity, arrival times, and resolution details.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts while tracking inventory levels.
• Provide basic training to retailers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Follow company vehicle policies and attend required driver training.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and technical repairs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship available).
• Ability to perceive colors correctly and demonstrate dexterity with tools.
