What you will do

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on complex medical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing components.
• Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Serve as a technical mentor and field training resource for maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical discipline (Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent military training.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, technical maintenance, or repair.
• Proven ability to interpret schematics, system diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to meet customer vendor credentialing and compliance requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.
