Human Resources Assistant (Entertainment)

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process HR employee data transactions in Workday, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Provide administrative support to HRBPs, managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and office events.
• Deliver new hire orientations and coordinate training for assistants.
• Audit and maintain employee personnel files and exit paperwork.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for on-site work.
• Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
