Salary: $142,086 - $248,578 per year

What you will do

• Develop protective setpoints based on industry standards, best practices, and client requirements.
• Utilize system modeling software such as ASPEN, CAPE, CYME, ETAP, and SKM.
• Create downloadable setpoint files using proprietary relay software including SEL AcSELerator Quickset and GE Enervista.
• Provide technical guidance on design guides, engineering codes, and company policies.
• Oversee complex engineering deliverables for mega projects while managing budgets and schedules.
• Mentor early-career professionals and lead production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the Transmission industry and protective relay settings development.
• Significant experience with Protection & Control (P&C) design concepts (one-lines, three-lines, schematics).
• Advanced knowledge of NERC-PRC standards and IEC 61850 implementation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
