What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and technicians servicing industrial clients to ensure quality and timely completion of scopes.
• Perform detailed design of electrical power systems, including one-line diagrams, SCADA, communications, and grounding design.
• Conduct power system studies such as short circuit, load flow, relay coordination, arc flash, and harmonic analysis.
• Develop protective relay settings and program, install, and test SCADA and PLC systems.
• Prepare technical documents, cost estimates, budget reports, and project proposals.
• Mentor and coach team members through individualized development plans to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience.
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Strong written and verbal command of the English language.
• PE license is preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience with power system software such as DIgSILENT/PowerFactory, EasyPower, ETAP, SKM, CDEGS, or CYMCAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
