What you will do

• Develop and approve electrical system design documents, including One Line/Three Line Diagrams, Control Schematics, and Wiring diagrams.
• Lead and execute multiple electrical projects and programs across the network.
• Develop scope of work for Electrical AE firms and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guardian of Electrical Design Standards for the organization.
• Provide electrical engineering troubleshooting support and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for plant operations.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with HV, MV, and LV distribution systems in large utility power plants or industrial co-generation facilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software: CAD/AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Powertools, and SEL Acselerator.
• Ability to travel ~20% across the network, including domestic and international locations (e.g., China).
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain licensure is preferred.
