Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 Annually

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex customer relationships for the largest and most strategic deployments.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and the internal engineering team to represent the voice of the customer.
• Drive platform adoption and ensure measurable, defensible operational impact at the executive level.
• Partner with senior agency leaders to translate technical delivery into sustained value and expansion.
• Track adoption and usage metrics to protect renewals and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
• Experience working in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong executive presence and proven stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency sufficient to partner with IT, Product, and Deployment teams.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA.
• Ability to travel ~60% of the time.
