What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for a portfolio of mid-market and multi-property clients from kickoff through go-live.
• Scope, configure, and deploy Canary's full product suite across diverse hotel operational setups.
• Manage technical integrations with PMS, payment systems, and other third-party platforms.
• Establish success criteria and joint deployment plans to ensure measurable product adoption.
• Navigate senior stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, and maintain project momentum.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to grow accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or customer success within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing concurrent implementations and delivering to go-live on time.
• Experience scoping third-party systems and coordinating technical teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for building trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas for hybrid work.
