TL;DR

Senior Technical Account Manager (AI): Guiding strategic federal government customers in building and scaling enterprise automation and Agentic AI programs with an accent on technical advisory and hands-on implementation. Focus on developing POCs, agent prototypes, and ensuring compliance with government security frameworks like FedRAMP and FISMA.

Location: Remote (Virginia). Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to attend in-person collaboration in Northern Virginia twice a month.

What you will do

• Build and deliver working POCs, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators directly within federal customer environments.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic federal civilian customers to ensure platform success and value realization.
• Provide proactive guidance on platform architecture, infrastructure planning, and deployment strategies within government security frameworks.
• Conduct technical health checks and maturity assessments to improve scalability, governance, and reliability.
• Partner with customer technical teams to design solutions leveraging AI, orchestration, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Security teams to resolve complex customer challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering, preferably supporting federal government.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing or architecting solutions on the hirify.global Platform.
• Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise automation, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret or higher preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, MCP, Intelligent Document Processing, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming with .NET, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with government contracting vehicles (GSA Schedule, SEWP).
