What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of custom development and AI consultants as a player-coach, contributing directly to key projects.
• Oversee the delivery of bespoke integrations, automation scripts, and solutions built using Python, React, and hirify.global APIs.
• Guide customers on agentic AI architecture, MCP server integrations, and custom prompt design to maximize business value.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer value realization.
• Establish and document delivery frameworks, best practices, and reusable solution patterns for technical practices.
• Manage resource planning and track team performance to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in customer-facing Technology Consulting or Professional Services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and prompt engineering methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and agentic AI architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and React for building custom integrations and front-end solutions leveraging REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern SaaS integration patterns.
• Must be based in the United States.
