What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, IT, and Engineering.
• Drive AI projects from concept through production deployment while measuring business outcomes and return on investment.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to align AI investments with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence on architecture, platforms, implementation strategies, and scalable capabilities.
• Lead process redesign, change management, and enterprise adoption initiatives to increase AI utilization.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, portfolio visibility, and accountability across AI programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions with measurable business results.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, large language models, and enterprise AI implementation.
• Familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or operational environments.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
