Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own an agile product team’s backlog, prioritization, roadmap, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences.
• Lead product discovery, define feature scope, write user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
• Use user research, analytics, data, and business analysis to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
• Coordinate delivery, assess risks, communicate mitigation plans, and measure outcomes against business goals.
• Launch and scale AI-driven features while continuously improving team processes and product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least five years of software product management experience.
• Experience leading products end-to-end from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Knowledge of AI product development and experience launching AI-powered features with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with intelligent workflows, automation tools, data analysis, user research, wireframes, mockups, and agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability for scheduled virtual team meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience managing mobile, desktop, and web applications across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience with third-party system integrations.
