What you will do

• Lead an agile team, managing backlog grooming, triage, and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences.
• Define scope for new features and write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product direction and identify opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end product discovery and delivery for mission-critical initiatives.
• Monitor and measure initiative success against company goals and refine roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of proven software product management experience.
• Must be based in and authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship).
• Experience in AI product development and launching AI-powered features.
• Proficiency with SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Experience with agile methodologies and globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience launching mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Experience with third-party system integrations.
