Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based product.
• Lead product discovery, user research, opportunity evaluation, and prioritization based on user and business impact.
• Translate ambiguous concepts into product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable specifications.
• Partner with engineering on LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, data flows, and technical constraints.
• Design for complex edge cases, failure modes, permissions, error recovery, privacy, and user control.
• Collaborate with design and engineering from discovery through execution and launch, maintaining clear product documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong UX and interaction-design judgment, including the ability to evaluate user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Technical fluency with complex software systems and the ability to discuss LLM behavior, state management, data flows, and edge cases with engineers.
• Experience addressing permissions, privacy, reliability, error recovery, user control, and long-running interactions.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, agentic products, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction, zero-to-one products, early-stage startups, or fast-paced product environments.
• Experience with persistent memory, identity, permissions, multi-step workflows, or context-aware products.
