Base salary range: $175,000-$215,000

What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end: from discovery and roadmap to execution, launch, and iteration.
• Understand users deeply—their workflows, pain points, goals, and contexts.
• Collaborate tightly with Engineering and UX to craft intuitive, performant product experiences.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing long-term vision with immediate value delivery.
• Work with AI tools in day-to-day tasks and contribute to AI-native features enhancing user workflows.
• Measure impact: define, track, and improve product and business KPIs.
• Raise the bar for quality, curiosity, and integrity in building products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of shipping high-quality software solving real user problems.
• Strong product fundamentals: discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, spec writing, stakeholder alignment, post-launch iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions under constraints.
• Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work.

Nice to have

• Experience in vertical SaaS, workflow automation, or data-rich tools.
• Prior product management in scaling startups.
• Familiarity with LLMs, data-powered features, or complex user personas.
• Ability to prototype in Figma, Make, or low-code platforms.
• Mentorship or product leadership experience.
