Senior Product Manager (AI/Automation)

Location: Remote in the United States, aligned with the Eastern Time Zone

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, launch, iteration, and measurable outcomes for an enterprise automation product area.
• Align the product area with the broader portfolio strategy and maintain a clear, trusted roadmap.
• Make scope and sequencing trade-offs and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Research customers and the market, identify unmet needs, define MVPs, and take products from zero to one through revenue and iteration.
• Write detailed product requirements and use AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and communication.
• Partner with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, support, executives, customers, analysts, and partners while tracking adoption, revenue, retention, and customer impact.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated success taking products from zero to one with measurable revenue impact.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving markets shaped by rapid technology change.
• Fluency using AI for day-to-day thinking, prototyping, building, and stakeholder communication.
• Passion for automation and business transformation.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States during Eastern Time Zone hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in automation or AI/agentic products.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Understanding of agentic frameworks, LLM tooling, and enterprise AI agent development and evaluation.
