What you will do

• Evaluate coverage for cyber claims and draft professional coverage letters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve cyber incidents.
• Manage exposure and develop strategies for third-party litigation regarding cyber and technology claims.
• Act as a trusted advisor for underwriting and risk functions based on claims trends.
• Establish a feedback loop with security teams to improve automated underwriting engines.
• Proactively set reserves and report significant claims to management.

Requirements

• Legal degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience handling complex first and third-party cyber, tech, and media claims.
• Background in claims adjusting and/or insurance practice as an attorney or paralegal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with clients and partners.
• Must be based in one of the specified US cities: Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or San Francisco.
