Salary: $130K – $175K plus bonus

What you will do

• Act as a legal advisor to Product, Engineering, and R&D teams from initial development to global launch.
• Conduct comprehensive legal risk assessments focusing on privacy, security, and intellectual property.
• Advise on global regulatory frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, export controls, and evolving AI legislation.
• Draft and negotiate product-related legal documents, including vendor agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies.
• Monitor global legal developments in cybersecurity to help define and update company policies.
• Educate and train internal business partners on legal requirements and best practices.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to at least one US state bar.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house product counsel roles in high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
• Deep technical understanding of SaaS platform products and the cybersecurity industry.
• Expertise in data privacy and protection laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and export control regulations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
