Assistant Manager/Duty Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, USA

Compensation: USD 35 - USD 40 hourly

What you will do

• Lead daily site operations and ensure long-term performance and accountability.
• Manage key service lines including facilities maintenance, dining, cleaning, and laundry services.
• Provide financial oversight through revenue forecasting, budget development, and cost control.
• Oversee hiring initiatives, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, USA.
• 5-8 years of progressive hospitality or accommodations management experience in large-scale environments.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality or facilities management systems.
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing as a condition of employment.
