What you will do

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for daily site operations and long-term performance.
• Ensure maximum client and guest satisfaction through high-quality hospitality services.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budget development, and cost control.
• Lead hiring initiatives, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Uphold and enforce corporate standards for food quality, cleanliness, and Health & Safety programs.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the client relationship.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality or accommodations management experience in large-scale environments.
• Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles managing multiple service streams.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality or facilities management systems.
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing as a condition of employment.
