What you will do

• Lead operational performance across all Lighthouse campuses, ensuring consistency and high-quality member experiences.
• Partner with the CEO to execute company strategy, scale the business, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
• Develop operating systems, playbooks, and repeatable models to support future global expansion.
• Lead and coach General Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, hospitality, and accountability.
• Drive financial performance through KPI reporting, forecasting, and data-driven operational planning.
• Provide executive oversight for Finance, HR, Technology, Facilities, and Compliance functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience scaling complex, multi-disciplinary businesses.
• Proven track record of building operational infrastructure in fast-growing, entrepreneurial organizations.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across operations, finance, or commercial functions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to improve revenue and profitability simultaneously.
• Experience partnering directly with CEOs or executive leadership to shape business strategy.
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and building high-end experiential businesses.
