What you will do

  • Lead and optimize Ohio operational infrastructure, including workflows, staffing models, and performance controls.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for Personal Care Services and Structured Family Caregiving from referral to service delivery.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of 20+ employees while fostering a culture of compliance and service quality.
  • Partner with clinical, compliance, billing, and technology teams to ensure operational performance and audit readiness.
  • Monitor quality metrics, identify risk trends, and implement corrective actions to support compliant growth.
  • Ensure all services are delivered according to Ohio Medicaid waiver requirements and person-centered service plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management operations (healthcare, business, or customer experience).
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
  • Must be comfortable with weekly travel to the Cleveland, OH office.
  • Working knowledge of Ohio Medicaid waiver operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to utilize technology and data dashboards to drive operational results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
  • 5+ years of specific experience in home health care.
