Location: Must be based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY or Venice Beach, CA (regular travel required)

What you will do

• Lead operational performance across all Lighthouse campuses to ensure consistency and exceptional member experiences.
• Partner with the CEO to execute company strategy, scale the business, and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Build scalable operating systems, playbooks, and processes to support global expansion.
• Directly manage and coach General Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, hospitality, and accountability.
• Provide executive leadership across Finance, HR, Technology, Facilities, Business Operations, and Compliance.
• Implement technology and workflows that improve operational efficiency while enhancing member satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience scaling complex, multi-disciplinary businesses.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams in operations, hospitality, finance, or commercial functions.
• Proven ability to build operational infrastructure within fast-growing, entrepreneurial organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience improving revenue and profitability.
• Track record of partnering directly with CEOs to shape business strategy.
• Must be based in the US (NY or CA) and be available for regular travel across campus locations.
