Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations-related field.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to pivot in response to shifting priorities.
