Sr. Manager, Transformation Enablement & Readiness

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead readiness and adoption strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives to ensure sustainable change.
• Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder needs, and adoption risks across various functions.
• Design change and communications approaches and develop executive-ready messaging and artifacts.
• Partner with business, finance, HR, and technology teams to align engagement strategies.
• Establish governance routines and practical mechanisms to track adoption progress and organizational sentiment.
• Build repeatable change management disciplines and templates for future transformation efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation enablement, or strategic program delivery.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional transformation in complex organizations.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Must be based in New York, NY and available for in-person interviews.
