Sr Program Services Manager - Impact Supplier Relations

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ; onsite

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage program structures, processes, and procedures against defined objectives.
• Develop promotional materials and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support contracting teams with contract utilization and client onboarding.
• Research and contact client and supplier targets to expand program participation.
• Handle client and supplier inquiries, issues, and ad hoc requests.
• Track program metrics, deliverables, participation, utilization, and financial outcomes while supporting business reviews and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing environment.
• Strong contract adherence, negotiation, and contract management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
