What you will do

• Oversee the engineering and delivery of applications for Claims, Billing, Marketing, and Corporate Functions.
• Grow the Charlotte office into a strategic Technology Hub for the organization.
• Manage daily activities of managers and developers, setting priorities and reporting to the CIO.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define technology standards and reference architectures.
• Direct talent management, including acquisition, performance, and succession planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and software evaluation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in application delivery with a proven ability to execute complex projects.
• Previous leadership, management, and supervisory experience.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at all levels of management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Charlotte, NC.
